These terms of use govern the use of the Apartora Management property management platform. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Your consumer rights are reserved.
Apartora Management offers the following services:
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on the chosen plan and apartment credits. Annual payments include a discount.
You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure.
Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. The previous price applies for the duration of the current subscription period.
A management company may only add sites for which it holds representation authority. In case of unauthorised additions, platform access may be suspended.
Announcements, e-mails and SMS sent to residents must comply with applicable laws. Marketing communications require explicit consent.
Dues, income/expense and receipt records must be kept accurately and completely. Liability for audits and reporting to authorities lies with the management company.
The platform, software, design and content are the intellectual property of Apartora. Users only have the right of use within the scope of the service. Reverse engineering, copying or distribution is prohibited.
Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the start of service. However, if the service has begun to be used, the right of withdrawal expires.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the remaining period.
After subscription cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. You may export your data within this period. Data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
The platform is offered as a software service. Apartora is not responsible for the management company's relationships with residents or site owners. Maximum liability for platform outages is limited to the subscription fee for that period.
Important: Apartora Management is a management tool for property management companies. Contracts with residents, collections and legal processes are the responsibility of your company.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall first be sought to be resolved amicably. If a settlement cannot be reached, the laws of the Republic of Turkey apply. The competent courts are Bursa Courts and Bursa Enforcement Offices. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees is reserved.
