Introduction
These terms of service govern the use of the Apartora Sites apartment and building management platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- Platform: Platform: Apartora Sites web and mobile application
- Sağlayıcı: Provider: Apartora software services
- Yönetici: Manager: Site/building manager user
- Sakin: Resident: Site/building resident user
- Abonelik: Subscription: Monthly or yearly payment plan
2. Service Scope
Apartora Sites offers the following services:
- Dues management and tracking
- Announcement system
- Resident profile management
- Financial reporting
- Communication tools
- Document management
3. Subscription and Payment
Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by credit card. Payments are securely processed through PayTR infrastructure.
Price Changes
Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance and will not affect the current subscription period.
4. User Obligations
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain account security
- Use in compliance with laws
- Not abuse the system
- Be respectful to other users
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform and its content belong to Apartora. Users may only use the platform for permitted purposes.
6. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Consumer Rights
Under consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days before the service begins.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current period and no refund is provided for the remaining time.
Refund Conditions
Full refund for withdrawal rights usage, partial refund in case of service failure.
7. Liability Limits
Apartora cannot be held liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.
8. Dispute Resolution
Laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes arising from this agreement. Bursa Courts and Bursa Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees is reserved.
