Notification Providers (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
To deliver notifications such as dues reminders, payment confirmations, announcements and general assembly invitations, your name and contact details (phone number, email) are shared with the relevant messaging providers:
- WhatsApp notifications: Your phone number is shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp) for the purpose of delivering the message.
- SMS notifications: Your phone number is shared with the authorized SMS operator.
- Email notifications: Your email address is shared with the email delivery service.
The legal basis for these transfers is your explicit consent. You can disable WhatsApp, SMS or email notifications at any time from your app settings; for WhatsApp you can also opt out by replying "STOP" to the incoming message.
