Apartora Sites is a SaaS platform providing apartment and building management services. This privacy policy explains how personal data of site managers and residents is collected, used, and protected. We act as a data controller under applicable data protection laws.

- Resident data is shared with the respective site manager
- Shared with PayTR for payment processing

Notification Providers (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
To deliver notifications such as dues reminders, payment confirmations, announcements and general assembly invitations, your name and contact details (phone number, email) are shared with the relevant messaging providers:
- WhatsApp notifications: Your phone number and the message content are transferred to the WhatsApp service, which belongs to the Meta group, to deliver the message, and may be processed on servers abroad, including in the USA.
- SMS notifications: Your phone number is shared with the authorized SMS operator.
- Email notifications: Your email address is shared with the email delivery service.
SMS and email notifications are based on performance of the contract and legitimate interest. Turning on the WhatsApp channel is your choice. You can disable WhatsApp, SMS or email notifications at any time from your app settings; for WhatsApp you can also opt out by replying DUR, STOP or İPTAL to the incoming message.
Note: We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Security: Your credit card information is encrypted on PayTR's secure servers in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Apartora does not store your credit card information on its own systems.

- Dues and payment records: 10 years (legal requirement)
- Transaction logs: 2 years
