These terms of service govern the use of the Apartora Security management platform. By using the platform, you accept these terms. Your consumer rights are reserved.
Apartora Security provides the following services:
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on the selected package and number of personnel. Discounts apply for annual payments.
You can pay by credit card, debit card and bank transfer. Payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure.
Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance. The old price remains valid for the current subscription period.
Location data is collected from personnel devices for patrol tracking. Personnel consent to location sharing by installing the mobile app.
Physical security of QR-coded checkpoints is the user's responsibility. Support should be requested for replacing damaged codes.
Incidents must be reported truthfully and accurately. The user is responsible for false or misleading reports.
The platform, software, design and content are the intellectual property of Apartora. Users only have the right to use within the scope of service. Reverse engineering, copying or distribution is prohibited.
Under consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the start of service. However, if service has begun, the right of withdrawal ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund for remaining time.
Your data is retained for 30 days after subscription cancellation. You can export during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
The platform is provided as a software service. Apartora is not responsible for the quality or outcomes of physical security services. Maximum liability for platform outages is limited to that period's subscription fee.
Important: Apartora Security is a management tool for security companies. Prevention of security incidents or their outcomes is your company's responsibility.
Disputes arising from this agreement will first be sought through reconciliation. In cases where reconciliation cannot be reached, Laws of the Republic of Turkey apply. Bursa Courts and Bursa Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees is reserved.
