Bank Account Integration
Bank transactions arrive automatically and are matched with dues. No extra or setup fee.
2 SMS, 2 WhatsApp and 2 emails per unit each month; at least 100 per channel for small sites. The allowance renews on the 1st of every month; unused messages do not carry over.
During the free trial, at most 300 messages per channel; the limit is lifted after payment.

- SMS:
- For dues reminders and late payment notices. Sent to residents with a registered phone; residents can turn SMS off in their notification settings. Messages over 155 characters count as 2 SMS.
- WhatsApp:
- Sent only to residents who gave WhatsApp consent in the app. Residents without consent receive the same notification by SMS. Very large sends may be spread over several days due to Meta's daily limit.
- Email:
- Sent to residents with a registered email address; residents can turn it off in their notification settings.
- Bank Account Integration:
- The site account must be at one of the supported banks. You instruct your bank to share transactions (the form is downloaded from Apartora). One account per site. Access is read-only; no transactions can be made on your account.

The monthly message allowance renews every month and does not carry over. Add-on packages are one-time purchases valid for 12 months; the monthly allowance is used first, then the add-on.

Connect your site's bank account to Apartora and stop entering dues payments one by one.

Your price adjusts automatically to your unit count — no package switching needed. You can add units freely during a period; the increased amount applies at the next renewal. If your unit count drops, your bill drops too.
Payments are made for monthly or yearly periods by credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure. The subscription does not renew on its own; a payment link is sent to you at the end of the period. Yearly payment is discounted; you can see the current rate by selecting "Yearly" in the calculator above. All prices include VAT.
We offer a 45-day free trial for all plans. No payment is required during the trial, and you can cancel at any time.
We offer email and phone support on weekdays (09:00-18:00). Support is the same for every subscription — it does not vary by unit count.
All your data is protected with SSL encryption and backed up regularly. Our data centers operate to the highest security standards and are fully GDPR-compliant.
Residents access the system with their own accounts via the website or the mobile app. The iOS and Android app is included as standard in every subscription.
