Security and visitors
Your parcel has arrived, get notified on your phone
The security guard logs the package and the person living in the apartment is notified. A second notification arrives at handover.
Available on the web, Android and iOS apps.
Problem
Packages piling up at security
Packages pile up in the guard booth, residents do not know they have arrived, and the guard phones them one by one. When who took which package is not written in a logbook, lost-package arguments begin.
How does it work?
- 1
The guard logs it
A parcel, envelope or food order is logged with the recipient, company and a note; a photo can be added if wanted.
- 2
The resident is notified
The person living in the apartment (the tenant if there is one, otherwise the owner) gets a notification in the app and can see the photo too.
- 3
Handover is recorded
When the package is handed over, the name of the person who received it is written and a second notification goes to the resident.
What can you do?
Record with photo
A photo of the package is added to the record and appears in the notification.
Parcel, envelope, food
Different delivery types are logged on the same screen.
On behalf of management and staff
Deliveries arriving for management or staff instead of an apartment can be logged as well.
No double handover
A package that has been handed over cannot be marked as handed over a second time.
Notification setting
If the manager wishes, parcel notifications sent to residents can be turned off.
