Operations
No more “what was the plumber’s number?”
Enter the contact details of the services your building uses once; residents and staff find them in the app.
Available on the web, Android and iOS apps.
Problem
Numbers sit on the manager’s phone
When the elevator breaks down, water leaks or a locksmith is needed, everyone calls the manager. The numbers are scattered and out of date.
How does it work?
- 1
Add the entries
Enter the company or tradesperson’s name, phone, working hours and category.
- 2
Sorted into categories
Ready-made categories such as plumbing, electrical and elevator keep the directory organized.
- 3
Residents find them on their own
Residents browse a category or search in the app and call the number with one tap.
What can you do?
Ready-made categories
Entries are grouped by the service types most commonly needed in buildings.
Working hours
The hours when each entry can be reached are shown.
Search
Residents find the service they are looking for by name or category.
Security sees it too
In a night-time breakdown, the security guard reaches the same directory from their own app.
Frequently asked questions
Who edits the directory?
The building manager. Residents can see the directory but cannot change it.
Is another building’s directory visible?
No. Each resident sees only their own building’s directory.
Can I track contracts with the companies too?
The directory is for contact details. Contract and payment tracking is not part of this feature; you record expenses on the income and expense screen.
Ready to try it in your building?
Create your account, add your site and apartments, and try the features with your own data.
