Resident app
Let residents see for themselves where dues are spent
Income, expense and collection information sits in the resident app as charts and lists. You do not prepare a separate report.
Available on the web, Android and iOS apps.
Problem
The same question at every meeting
Residents ask where the dues are spent, and the manager prepares files, receipts and tables every time. When information is not shared on time, trust erodes.
How does it work?
- 1
Record income and expenses
Collections and expenses are already recorded in the management panel. No extra work is needed.
- 2
Choose who can see
Owners always see the report. You decide whether to open it to tenants and to the cash balance.
- 3
Residents check in the app
Residents see the building’s annual summary, monthly chart and expense items on their phone.
What can you do?
Annual summary
Total income, total expenses, net result and dues collection rate on a single screen.
Monthly chart and category breakdown
What was spent in which month and which items the expenses went to are shown in charts.
Expense item details
A resident who taps a category sees the date, description, vendor, invoice number and amount.
Report download
On the web, you can pick a period and download the report as PDF or Excel.
Personal debts stay private
Residents see only building totals. Who owes how much, or who paid what, is not shown.
Frequently asked questions
Can residents see their neighbors’ debts?
No. The screen shows only the building’s total income, expenses and collection rate. Each resident sees only their own debt.
Can tenants see it too?
The manager chooses. It is closed to tenants by default and can be opened in settings.
Is the cash balance visible too?
Only if the manager turns it on. Showing the cash and carried-over balance is a separate setting.
