Staff and security
Was the round done? Stop guessing
QR codes are put up at checkpoints and staff scan them with their phones to do their round. Which point was visited and when is recorded.
Available on the web, Android and iOS apps.
Problem
Paper log, signed but empty
Patrol and cleaning logs can be filled in afterwards. When an incident happens, it is hard to prove who was where and when.
How does it work?
- 1
Define the checkpoints
Create the patrol and cleaning checkpoints, then print the QR codes from the web panel and put them up.
- 2
Staff scan
Staff start the route and scan the QR with their phone at each point, adding the checklist, a photo and a note.
- 3
The manager follows
The manager sees completed rounds by staff member, time and route.
What can you do?
Checklist and photo
At each point the to-do list is ticked off, and a photo and note are added if needed.
Even without internet
Even if the connection drops in a covered car park, scans are kept on the phone and sent once the connection returns.
Incident record
Staff record the incident with its type, location and photo; for important incidents the manager is notified.
Cleaning, maintenance, garden, pool
QR checkpoints are used not only for security but also for cleaning and maintenance rounds.
Frequently asked questions
Is any extra device needed?
No. The Apartora app on the staff member’s phone is enough; you can print the QR codes on an ordinary printer.
Does the staff member need an account?
Yes. Staff log in with their own account so that it is known who a scan belongs to.
For which incidents will I be notified?
Managers are notified when a high or critical priority incident is recorded. Other incidents stay in the list.
