About Terms of Service
These terms of service govern the use of the Apartora Clean management platform. By using the platform, you accept these terms. Your consumer rights are reserved.
Definitions
- Platform: Apartora Clean cleaning management platform
- Sağlayıcı: Apartora as the platform service provider
- Temizlik Şirketi: Cleaning company using the platform
- Personel: Cleaning personnel employed by the cleaning company
- Müşteri: Customer/facility receiving cleaning services
- Abonelik: Service period under the selected package
Service Scope
Apartora Clean provides the following services:
- Task creation, assignment and tracking system
- Photo-based quality control and auditing
- Personnel shift planning and tracking
- Material stock and usage tracking
- Mobile application for field personnel
- Performance analysis and reporting
Subscription and Payment
Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on the selected package and number of personnel. Discounts apply for annual payments.
Payment Methods
Payments are taken by credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure.
Price Changes
Price changes do not affect the current subscription period; the old price remains valid until it ends.
User Obligations
- Provide accurate and up-to-date company/personnel information
- Comply with hygiene and occupational safety standards
- Maintain account security and protect passwords
- Use the platform in compliance with laws
- Not abuse or manipulate the system
Cleaning Operations Rules
Quality Control
Quality control photos must be real and accurate. The user is responsible for misleading photos or reports.
Material Management
Material usage records must be kept accurately. Stock information must be up to date.
Client Relations
Client complaints and requests must be responded to in a timely manner. Client information confidentiality must be maintained.
Intellectual Property Rights
The platform, software, design and content are the intellectual property of Apartora. Users only have the right to use within the scope of service. Reverse engineering, copying or distribution is prohibited.
Cancellation and Withdrawal
Refund Commitment
Within 30 days of each subscription payment you may request a full refund of the amount paid without giving any reason; the refund is made no later than 14 days after we receive the request. As the platform is used within your commercial activity, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply; your statutory rights for purchases made as a consumer are reserved.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the subscription does not renew on its own. After the 30-day refund period, no refund is provided for the remaining period.
Data After Cancellation
Your data is not deleted when the subscription ends; your access returns when you subscribe again. If you request deletion of your account and data, your data is deleted subject to statutory retention obligations.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided as a software service. Apartora is not responsible for the quality or outcomes of cleaning services. Maximum liability for platform outages is limited to that period's subscription fee.
Important: Apartora Clean is a management tool for cleaning companies. The quality and outcomes of cleaning services is your company's responsibility.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement will first be sought through reconciliation. In cases where reconciliation cannot be reached, Laws of the Republic of Turkey apply. Bursa Courts and Bursa Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees is reserved.
