Can a late fee be applied to overdue dues?
Yes, if you wish. Under Article 20 of the Condominium Law (Kat Mülkiyeti Kanunu), a unit owner who does not pay their share of expenses and advances owes a late fee at five percent per month for the days of delay. In the program you turn the late fee on in the dues settings; you set the rate, the number of grace days and the cap, and the amount is added to the overdue dues automatically.
How is the price of the dues tracking program calculated?
The fee depends on the number of independent units (apartments, shops) in the site: a fixed monthly base fee plus a per-unit fee. The per-unit fee decreases in steps as the number of units grows. Prices include VAT and a discount applies with yearly payment. You can see the amount for your own number of units in the calculator on the pricing page.
Can I get help with setup?
Setup runs step by step on screen: you define the blocks and units, import the resident list from Excel and set the dues amount. If you get stuck, you can open a support request from the panel and write directly to our team.
Is there an extra fee for card payments?
When a resident pays dues by card, a service fee is added to the dues and its rate is clearly shown on the payment screen. The full dues amount goes to the site account; the service fee is the usage fee of the payment infrastructure. There is no service fee for cash payments or transfers sent directly to the site's bank account; the manager records these payments.
